Employment and Resource Network (EaRN) is a registered 501(c)(3) public charity organization based in Grand Rapids, MI and founded by Ken Soper, Bruce Hakim and Frank Bettig. We are a lay coaching/counseling and discipling ministry, an employment ministry and an employment network. We provide churches with resources, materials, ongoing support and networking connections to all ministry participants.
